Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Specialized in Cranes & heavy equipment maintenance.
- Oversee and manage the maintenance operations for a diverse fleet of heavy equipment, including , cranes, forklifts, and specialized equipment.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Ensure all workshop equipment maintenance plans are performed properly.
- Implement all plans and programs set for workshop mechanical work and follow them up continuously.
- Follow up fixing breakdowns timely and accurately to reduce down times.
- Supervise technicians to improve maintenance quality and assigns their duties.
- Handling all CMs and PMs maintenance and troubleshooting
- Perform breakdown analysis (root cause, MTBF, and DT) in case of any equipment failure
- Diagnostics of all heavy equipment hardware and software.
- Install and calibrate all new spare parts.
- Maintain and repair a variety of equipment including diesel engines, transmissions, final drives and undercarriage.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience Heavy equipment's Maintenance { Specially Cranes Maintenance}
- Proven track record in managing maintenance operations for large fleets of heavy equipment.
- Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
- Very Good command of written & spoken English language.
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Experience in heavy maintenance
- Alexandria resident is a preferable.
