Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Supervise maintenance teams, including technicians and engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Manage external contractors and service providers.
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance metrics (KPIs).
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- 7+ years of experience in maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and reliability engineering.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is an asset.
