• Manage spare parts and consumables inventory

• Manage maintenance contracts with external service providers
• Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts

Equipment and facilities management

• Manage the equipment and facilities of the production unit
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards and regulations

Training and awareness

• Train operators on maintenance and safety procedures
• Raising awareness among teams about the importance of maintenance and safety

Maintenance data management

• Manage maintenance data (intervention history, downtime, etc.)
• Analyze the data to identify opportunities for improvement

Continuous improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes
• Implement actions to improve maintenance efficiency and productivity

Risk management

• Identify and assess maintenance-related risks
• Implement actions to mitigate risks

Collaboration with other departments

• Collaborating with other departments (production, quality, etc.) to ensure the availability of equipment and facilities
