Roles & Responsibilities

Maintenance Manager
To ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production and utility equipment, as well as new works, to guarantee optimal availability of production resources under the best cost and quality conditions.
Collaborating with the operations manager to define the production tool maintenance strategy, supervising its implementation by ensuring operational management aligned with the strategy in a continuous improvement approach.
Establish and monitor the budget of your organization while ensuring optimal management of allocated resources.
To propose measures relating to the improvement and evolution of the organization and operation of the structure,
Ensure compliance of operating equipment (APE, APG, APL).
Manage documented information (procedures, operating instructions, technical specifications, etc.) related to the maintenance process and conduct regular reviews to improve it.
Ensure periodic reporting (day, week, month, quarter, semester and year) of the activities of his structure, comment on the results and propose corrective actions, areas for improvement of performance in terms of cost and rate of use.
Calculate maintenance indicators, perform analysis, and propose solutions and innovations.
Exercising leadership and participatory management over staff under one's authority aligns the company's vision, missions, and values.
To ensure discipline and respect for safety, hygiene and quality rules and other internal rules.

Expert in industrial maintenance management, supervision of maintenance teams and maintenance planning.
Experience in a similar position.
