Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the maintenance strategy (preventive, corrective and improvement)
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of production equipment
- Plan, organize and supervise maintenance interventions
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team
- Implement performance indicators (failure rate, downtime, MTBF, MTTR)
- Optimize maintenance costs and manage spare parts
- Participate in investment and equipment improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental standards
- Ensure traceability of interventions and document follow-up
- Coordinate with production to minimize machine downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
Engineering degree or minimum Bac +4 in industrial maintenance, electromechanics or equivalent qualification
Proven experience of at least 8 years in a similar position in an industrial environment
Master's degree in mechanical, electrical and automated systems
Good knowledge of maintenance tools (CMMS, failure analysis)
Knowledge of HSE standards
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex faults
Leadership and ability to manage a team
Rigour and organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
