Maintenance Strategy

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for motors, generators, and associated electrical and mechanical systems.


Team Management

Lead and supervise a team of electrical and mechanical technicians. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and development.


Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

Oversee complex troubleshooting of generators, alternators, motors, ATS panels, and control systems. Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.


Work Scheduling

Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment uptime and efficiency.


Inventory & Spare Parts Management

Monitor and control inventory of critical spares and consumables for motors and generators. Liaise with procurement for timely replenishment.


Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Manage external service providers and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work when required.


Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.


Reporting

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports for management review.


Budget Oversight

Prepare and manage the maintenance department s budget, controlling costs without compromising on quality and safety.
