Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Operates and maintains all the air condition systems of all type projects (chilled water, VRF, etc.) along with their distribution network (piping systems, pumps, etc.,) in addition to refrigeration systems.

Performs all required period inspection of air condition systems.

Supervises and tracks the preventive maintenance and repairs programs for all the air condition systems and equipment.

Training the maintenance team on safety and the measures to improve work efficiency and excellence.

Issue reports based on each site visit.

Follow major problems (service & installation after handing over).

Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality and safety control processes.

Skills:
Leadership: oversee, motivate and lead the team.
Communication: convey information in a clear and concise manner to managers, employees and clients.
Problem solving: identify and develop solutions to challenges.
Organization: prioritize work effectively, manage multiple projects at once and schedule of their team their weekly maintenance and repairs.

Related Experience:
Five to Seven years of experience in chiller machines.

Proven experience managing a team of technicians.
Excellent customer service skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
BS. in Mechanical Engineering.

Abilities:
- Oral & Written Comprehension: the ability to listen to read and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences and in writing.
- Oral & Written Expression: the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand.
