Discuss and evaluate the daily report with maintenance lead technician.

Follow up and ensure the execution of all the Repair Orders requests of machinery.

Collect requested maintenance tasks from maintenance and production teams and accordingly plan and execute machines maintenance.

Manage Spare Parts stock to avoid shortage and over stocking.

Review received quotations of projects / spare parts or other items and recommend the suitable one to plant manager.

Ensure execution for the Preventive Maintenance for all machines as per yearly Schedule in coordination with Production Manager.

Prepare and ensure the execution of weekly maintenance planning.

Ensure the maintenance team to follow safety measures.

Review the yearly inventory discrepancy of spare parts stocks.

Evaluate the performance of his staff and suggest the appropriate incentives (Bonus) based on the achievements of each employee

Control spending vs. budget and propose cost reduction solutions.

Responsible for complying with integrated management system requirements.

Responsible with alignment with HSSE team for updating the HIRA and to ensure hazard & risk are adequately identified and documented

Responsible with alignment with HSSE team for updating the aspect/impact and to ensure all the aspect/impact are adequately identified and documented

Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions (ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
