Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance activities for production machinery and equipment
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Ensure minimal downtime and operational efficiency
- Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee equipment maintenance and ensure smooth operations in a plastic manufacturing facility.
Requirements:
- Experience in plastic manufacturing (Injection / IML / Thermoforming)
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and maintenance systems
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and planning abilities
