Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description: We are hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across a world-class destination development in Soma Bay, Red Sea. The role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all facilities, infrastructure, and building systems while leading maintenance teams and contractors. The successful candidate will drive preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, optimize asset performance, and support the continuous enhancement of the destination's operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all maintenance activities across facilities, infrastructure, and assets.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and utility systems.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
- Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and operational procedures.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime.
- Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and operational recommendations for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or engineering operations.
- Previous experience within Real Estate, Property Development, Hospitality, Resorts, or Large-Scale Facilities is highly preferred.
- Candidates currently holding Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager, Facilities Maintenance Manager, or Senior Maintenance Section Head positions are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, asset management, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and contractors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Very Good to Excellent English proficiency.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
