Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and infrastructure.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions for repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, coordinating timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production and service goals.
- Source and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
- Continuously assess and improve maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
- Maximum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate maintenance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
- Experience developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
