Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day maintenance activities across the factory, branches, and administrative facilities, ensuring all equipment, systems, and structures remain fully functional and well-maintained.
- Lead, train, and supervise a maintenance team of 15 members, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and support roles, while conducting performance evaluations and fostering skills development.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to boost equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend the operational lifespan of machinery and building systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues, ensuring timely and effective repairs to minimize operational interruptions.
- Manage contracts and coordinate work with external service providers, including negotiating terms and monitoring service quality.
- Oversee the maintenance warehouse by handling requests, quotations, and parts availability (excluding procurement-related decisions).
- Plan and manage the maintenance budget, covering labor, materials, spare parts, and equipment needs, while monitoring expenses and cost efficiency.
- Lead planning, budgeting, and technical coordination for new projects, renovations, and facility upgrades.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow established safety standards, internal policies, and applicable local regulations.
- Continuously assess maintenance processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operational performance.
- Keep detailed and accurate documentation of maintenance work, including inspections, repairs, service logs, and equipment history.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field.
- 5-7 years of experience in maintenance operations, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience developing and mentoring maintenance teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, management, and external vendors.
- Solid time-management abilities, with the capacity to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members and uphold a collaborative environment.
- High level of commitment, professionalism, and loyalty to the role and the company.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required by operational needs.
