Job posting: Maintenance Manager

QX Aviation LLC announces its desire to appoint a highly experienced and competent Maintenance Manager to manage maintenance operations and ensure the readiness and efficiency of equipment and operational systems related to aviation fuel.

Main responsibilities:

Supervising all preventive and corrective maintenance work for equipment related to aircraft fuel operations.

Managing the maintenance team and distributing daily tasks to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with approved standards.

Develop and implement annual preventive maintenance plans according to a clear timetable.

Monitoring equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes, and taking the necessary corrective actions.

Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards in all maintenance work.

Coordination with suppliers and technicians to ensure the timely availability of spare parts and services.

Preparing regular reports on the condition of equipment and compliance rates with maintenance programs.

Supporting management in development plans and continuous improvement of technical processes.

Qualifications and requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in the maintenance field (preferably in aviation, fuel or energy sector).

Good knowledge of fuel systems and relevant technical standards.

High ability to manage technical teams and deal with emergency situations.

Strong skills in planning, organization, and fault analysis.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Proficiency in using maintenance systems and computer programs.

Basic skills:

Time and operations management.

Analyzing problems and making technical decisions.

Supervising multidisciplinary teams.

Adherence to quality and occupational safety standards
