Responsibilities:

Prepare project studies, plans, and proposals for maintenance and contracting projects.
Manage ongoing maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients tactfully and professionally to understand requirements and maintain relationships.
Supervise and guide maintenance teams across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, and other related areas.
Monitor maintenance schedules, resource allocation, and project budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Identify areas for improvement and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for materials and services.

Requirements:

Strong technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, civil works, and contracting
Project planning and management skills
Client handling and communication skills
Leadership and team management
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Knowledge of maintenance best practices and safety standards

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience: 6 10 years of experience in KSA, having worked in at least 3 different companies in maintenance or facilities management roles
