Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and update maintenance schedules in the CMMS to ensure timely execution of all planned activities.

Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams to integrate their needs and priorities into a consolidated maintenance plan.

Monitor the portfolio of Work Orders, ensuring follow-up, proper documentation, and timely closure.

Ensure alignment of planning activities with operational, technical, and QHSSE standards.

Liaise with offshore supervisors, onshore support teams, and contractors to ensure effective coordination of resources and logistics.

Support optimization of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and costs.

Prepare reports and KPIs on maintenance performance, backlog, and resource utilization.

Participate in planning meetings and provide input on critical path activities.

Ensure that all work planning strictly complies with safety rules and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Engineering degree or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).

At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in Oil & Gas offshore operations.

Strong expertise in CMMS tools (Maximo, SAP, or equivalent).

Proven ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Solid organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Familiarity with offshore rotation work environment; experience on 4x4 rotations is an advantage.

Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices in offshore facilities.
