Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term maintenance plans for the assigned fleet in accordance with the Approved Maintenance Program (AMP) and Technical Services Engineering requirements.
Perform accurate maintenance forecasting and ensure timely data entry and control within the company MIS (e.g., OASES), ensuring cost-effective planning.
Plan and manage both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, considering operational constraints (calendar, flight hours, cycles), cost efficiency, resource availability, and unforeseen operational disruptions.
Prepare periodic maintenance performance reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual), including man-hour forecasting versus actual utilization.
Coordinate with Production Planning and Supply Chain to ensure availability of required tools, materials, spare parts, and components prior to maintenance execution.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of completed maintenance activities in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Ensure proper planning and control of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), life-limited parts (LLPs), and component maintenance requirements.
Plan and monitor embodiment of modifications and repairs in accordance with Technical Services Engineering recommendations and approved data.
Maintain close coordination with Reliability and Engineering teams to identify trends and initiate adjustments to the maintenance program where required.
Support the development, optimization, and periodic review of the Maintenance Program, including participation in AMP annual review meetings.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (MROs, OEMs, vendors) to ensure smooth execution of maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
Prepare comprehensive and accurate work packages for scheduled maintenance inputs and ensure timely distribution to maintenance teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in the field of Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
7 years experience in the Aviation industry, with at least 3 years of experience as Planning Engineer or in a similar capacity, experience with Airbus A320 aircraft is preferred
