Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of centralized and decentralized HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and ductwork.
  • Supervise plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.
  • Monitor and maintain various pump systems: booster pumps, fire pumps, circulation pumps, submersible pumps, and dewatering systems.
  • Develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with contractors for repair and upgrade work.
  • Ensure all mechanical systems comply with safety standards and building codes.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and assist in budget planning and cost control.
  • Act as first responder to mechanical emergencies, ensuring quick resolution with minimal disruption.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management mechanical/HVAC focus.

Strong knowledge of HVAC operations, BMS systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, and pumps.

Basic understanding of electrical systems, elevators, and escalators.

Familiar with safety compliance and asset management practices.
