Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintenance engineers ensure that industrial machinery runs smoothly and reliably.
You may be called out to deal with a breakdown or inspect equipment as part of a maintenance schedule.
Typical duties include:
- planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.
- responding to emergencies.
- diagnosing faults.
- repairing equipment and testing repairs.
- creating maintenance procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in maintenance or service engineering roles, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Willingness to work on-site and respond to urgent service calls as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
