Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred for advanced technical understanding.
4+ years of hands-on experience in facility or equipment maintenance, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership.
Experience in industrial or commercial maintenance environments, with knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices.
Must have UAE driving license with aware of Dubai locations.
