Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring their adherence to Accor's policies and procedures. Manage the inventory of spare parts and equipment related to the Ken-Fix systems, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained and accurate records are kept. Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering, to address any Ken-Fix-related guest complaints or requests, resolving them promptly and effectively. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in Ken-Fix systems to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency. Monitor and analyze energy consumption of the Ken-Fix systems, identify opportunities for energy conservation, and implement relevant initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact. Adhere to all safety regulations and practices, promoting a safe working environment for team members and guests.
