Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the Maintenance organisation unit, ensuring adherence to defined objectives, KPIs, and governance standards

  • Lead and develop direct reports through clear objective-setting, performance monitoring, coaching, and succession planning
  • Implement and oversee all maintenance processes (preventive, predictive, and unplanned) for production and facility equipment, utilities, and critical systems
  • Oversee equipment installation, movement, and re-qualification activities in accordance with requirements
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement performance enhancement measures, including LTPM processes, to optimise service delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).

  • Experience: * 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a senior expert role, Direct experience in the Automotive or Wiring Systems industry is highly preferred.
  • Language: Full Professional English Proficiency; capable of managing technical documentation and reporting to global management.
  • Core Skills:
    • Maintenance Strategy: Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance frameworks.
    • Leadership: Proven track record of managing technical teams and developing talent.
    • Strategic Optimization: Strong knowledge of LTPM (Lean Total Productive Maintenance) and process improvement.
    • Project Management: Skilled in overseeing complex equipment installations and facility movements.
