Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills Any Bachelors Degree


  • Oversee and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance activities, ensuring optimal building system performance and efficiency.

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of MEP equipment.

  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.

  • Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient allocation of resources for repairs, upgrades, and supplies.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or similar MEP certifications.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems.
