Maintenance Team Leader

Lead and supervise maintenance teams to deliver high-quality technical services, ensure safety compliance, and maintain client satisfaction across assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

  
  

• Supervise and train technicians to improve performance and service quality.

  
  

• Enforce health and safety standards at all times.

  
  

• Report technical issues and support corrective actions.

  
  

• Manage client relationships and ensure service requests are met.

  
  

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

  
  

• Monitor third-party contractors to ensure compliance with standards.

  
  

• Control petty cash for urgent spare parts (up to AED 2,000).

  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Certification in HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical (preferred).

  
  

• Valid UAE Driver s License.

  
  

• 8+ years maintenance experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory role.
