Maintenance Technician (Network) – CSS Traffic Tech

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Network) to maintain, troubleshoot, and support network and control systems in the CSS department. The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted operation of network infrastructure and associated control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of network systems and associated CSS equipment.

• Monitor network performance and respond to faults or incidents promptly.

• Assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of network and control devices.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and uptime.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system configurations, and repairs.

• Coordinate with engineers and IT teams to resolve technical issues.

• Ensure all activities follow safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in network/system maintenance, preferably in CSS or industrial control systems.

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.

• Familiarity with SCADA, PLC, or other control systems is an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
