Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • In-depth knowledge of Injection Molding Machine breakdown troubleshooting
  • Strong experience in Preventive Maintenance of injection molding machines
  • Ability to handle mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
  • Ability to manage emergency breakdowns independently
  • Knowledge of robot interface and programming basics (preferred)
  • Understanding of molding process issues and ability to support production team
  • Familiar with safety protocols and daily, monthly maintenance documentation
  • Basic knowledge of assembly machines, air compressors, chillers, MTC, mold dehumidifier working procedure and breakdown correction
  • Basic knowledge in Extrusion Lines (not mandatory)
  • General factory maintenance
  • Mold heater connections and troubleshooting


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Injection Molding Maintenance
  • Experience with Haitian Injection Molding Machines and Injection Molding Robots is mandatory
  • He should understand and speak English
