Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs of F&B equipment and other general maintenance including electrical, plumbing and minor mechanical work.
  • Identify faults and troubleshoot equipment issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks to minimize breakdowns.
  • Assist in installation and setup of new equipment when required.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are used and stored safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas.
  • Coordinate with supervisors for major repairs or external vendor support.
  • Respond to ad hoc maintenance requests across the facility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and handle minor repairs independently
  • Willingness to work in a remote location and flexible hours if required
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
  • Basic English communication skills
  • ITI/Diploma or relevant technical certification preferred
