Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform minor plumbing (unclog drains, fix leaky faucets) and electrical work (replace light fixtures, reset breakers).
Repair and maintain furniture, doors, and flooring.
Paint walls and touch up scuffs and marks.
Assisting senior technician for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment repair.
Perform regular preventative maintenance checks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Ability to lift weight and stand for extended periods.
Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
