Maintenance Technician

 Starting up generators, air compressors, lighting, and production machines in the morning and shutting them down in the evening

. • Starting up and shutting down chillers as needed

. • Checking the oil, gauges, water levels, and radiator cleanliness of generators and air compressors

. • Being present in the production area in the morning and throughout the day, especially after lunch, to ensure all machines are functioning correctly.

• Lubricating machines and performing preventative maintenance to ensure their continued operation.

• Performing mechanical repairs and replacing faulty parts.

• Performing electrical repairs and replacing faulty parts.

• Making modifications to parts to improve machine productivity or manufacturing new parts for addition to the machine in the maintenance room and lathe as needed.

• Connecting electrical components for new machines (electrical panels, sensors, motors, etc.)

. • Installing new machines and connecting them to mixing machines and suction lines.

• Assembling, adjusting, and inspecting machines, in addition to performing maintenance work. Weekly (air pressure hours, lubrication...) Saturday

:  Repair of the treatment plant at the new facility

 Inspection and repair, if possible, of Karcher machines, stackers, transfer pallets, and generators before requesting external maintenance

 Performing all maintenance work in the buildings: painting, plastering, water and air pipes, sewers, and water and fuel oil tanks

 Cleaning and ensuring the operation of chillers and water pumps before summer

 Repairing all office malfunctions as requested by the maintenance supervisor
