Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment and infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and more).
Respond quickly to breakdowns, diagnose technical issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repair history, and spare parts.
Follow all health and safety rules, ensuring safe operations at all times.
Work closely with production and cross-functional teams to support smooth and efficient operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
Relevant maintenance certifications are a plus
2-4 years of experience in equipment or plant maintenance (mechanical and/or electrical); agrochemical industry experience is a plus
Familiarity with maintenance records, manuals, and inventory systems
Ability to quickly diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
Basic skills in reading technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
Native Arabic with basic command of English
