Al Mukhtar Bakery is Hiring for Maintenance Technician for Sharjah Branch✨
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of bakery equipment by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role involves working with mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and minimizing equipment downtime to support smooth bakery operations.
Position: Maintenance Technician (Sharjah branch) - 1post (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)
Salary: Based on experience
Weekly Off: 1 day
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Desired Candidate Profile
Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on bakery equipment. Install, calibrate, and upgrade bakery machinery. Ensure equipment meets safety and health standards. Respond quickly to emergency repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain records of all maintenance and repair activities. Train staff on proper equipment use and safety Qualifications: Technical certification or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or related fields. Experience in maintaining commercial kitchen or bakery equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of health & safety regulations. Ability to work independently and in a team
