Roles & Responsibilities
Skills Required:
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preventive maintenance and repair expertise
Basic record-keeping and reporting
Safety-conscious with knowledge of standard protocols
Good coordination and communication skills
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field
1 5 years of experience in facility, equipment, or building maintenance
Experience in healthcare, industrial, or commercial facilities is preferred
