Maintenance Technician - Kitchen & Laundry Equipment HH Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahy

· Perform detailed inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen appliances (ovens, stoves, fryers, dishwashers, etc.) and laundry equipment (washing machines, dryers, etc.).

· Diagnose malfunctions in kitchen and laundry equipment to determine corrective action.

· Repair or replace defective components, such as motors, pumps, valves, and electrical wiring in kitchen and laundry equipment.

· Install and set up new kitchen and laundry devices, ensuring they're calibrated for optimal performance.

· Conduct regular testing on appliances for safety, efficiency, and performance.

· Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies specific to kitchen and laundry equipment.

· Respond to emergency calls for urgent equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

· Document maintenance and repair activities, maintaining a detailed log of services provided on kitchen and laundry units.

· Work closely with vendors during equipment installations and repairs, ensuring work is in compliance with company standards and regulations.

· Implement energy-efficient practices to optimize the performance of kitchen and laundry operations.

· Ensure that equipment is maintained according to applicable health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
