Submit and finalize the corrective & preventive, and predictive maintenance plan for production lines Machines.

Analysis of spare parts required for all production line machines.

Ensure availability of spare parts in coordination with warehouse and procurement

Responsible for all PR requests for spare parts and follow up until the cycle of PR.

Conduct regular inspections to evaluate machinery conditions and diagnose problems.

Ensure up-to-date machinery logs and conduct performance analysis.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any anticipated safety risk or safety standard violation.

Analysis and follow-up of all complaints related to maintenance coming from production departments.

Ensuring that all maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently.

Directs, coordinates, and supervises all mechanical and electrical maintenance in production lines.

Responsible for developing each one in the team and providing them with the needed training programs to enhance their technical skills; all of this comes with developing the production procedures.

Review the maintenance record and perform the functions of checking and diagnosing faults by the approved maintenance requests, compiling and preparing the relevant maintenance requirements statement.

Complete the examination and repair form and prepare a report on development proposals.

Distribution and follow-up of maintenance tasks and procedures following the approved maintenance request.

• Bachelor's degree in any relaxant major of engineering
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
