Roles & Responsibilities


CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES

  • Ensure that the customer expectations are satisfied and keep the service quality at a high level physically and digitally.
  • Follow up MAC service guidelines and standards at all times.
  • Perform professional and appropriate applications, demos to achieve the customer desires.
  • Resolve customer issues and requests, in an efficient and timely manner and adapting this culture to the store.
  • Follow up the updated-on product information.
  • Ensure the brand philosophy/DNA is communicated to all customers.
  • Follow the strategy set by the Store Manager to achieve personal and store and virtual selling goals.
  • Focus to achieve sales targets and increase AUS, APT, conversion.
  • Follow up CRM goals and apply directions to achieve these goals and increase loyalty.
  • Use the digital platforms effectively as per brand guidelines.
  • Keep an eye on industry and market trends and plan actions accordingly.


TEAMWORK & PARTICIPATION

Teamwork

  • Establish constructive and strong business relationships with colleagues / business partners and managers to ensure effective execution of the business.

Participation

  • Undertake specific tasks as delegated by the manager including administrative paperwork and MAC services.
  • Take every opportunity to attract consumers.
  • Provide timely and active participation in regional meetings, activities and all necessary product and development trainings.
  • Complete the relevant certificates required by brand.
  • Ability to work flexibly with rotation and shifts when it is required.

OPERATION

  • Support to the Store Manager to reach maintain appropriate inventory levels. Monitor stock levels on key lines highlighting stock issues to ensure there is adequate stock to achieve sales targets.
  • Support to the store manager in completing all the reports and documents correctly and in accordance with company deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Support to the Store Manager in organizing events and track event results.
  • Support to the Store Manager in implementing and managing VM directives.
  • Manage the store opening and closing checklist regularly.
  • Adhere to all company and brand policies and procedures.
  • Ensure guidelines set by the brand are followed (Back-office layout, clothing/image standards etc)
  • Support to Store Manager accurate cycle count and physical inventory as required.
  • Follow agreed Security Protocols to ensure a safe working environment is fostered by all employees
  • Preserve merchandising, display and counter hygiene standards and guidelines always.
  • Ensure to follow and implement sustainability guidelines.

What you ll need to succeed

  • Minimum High School Graduate (University Graduate Preferred
  • a previous experience in retail is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent make-up skills
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • Ability to sell in store and online.
  • Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences and results.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and make recommendations.
  • Supporting all aspects of a store from the stockroom to the sales floor.
  • Understanding of KPI s and ability to use this knowledge for increasing level of sales in store.
  • An open mind, flexibility and positive reaction to change.
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Digital savvy is a plus and/or open to learning digital skill sets
