Role Summary:
Are you passionate about beauty, creativity, and empowering others through education? We’re looking for a Professional Makeup Educator to join our Academy team — someone who can inspire, mentor, and develop the next generation of makeup artists. You’ll have the opportunity to share your artistry and expertise while keeping up with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
What will you do in this role?
Educate, mentor, and train students in the art of professional makeup, beauty trades, and product knowledge.
Teach a wide range of makeup techniques across various categories and settings. Demonstrate correct material and application choices based on lighting, environment, and client needs. Guide students through both theoretical and practical components of makeup artistry.
Train students in special effects (FX) and prosthetic makeup applications and removal. Maintain awareness of emerging beauty trends and integrate them into your lessons.
Provide constructive feedback and ensure each student’s growth and skill development. Uphold the Academy’s hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the Hair Care Department and other internal teams when needed.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in beauty training and education.
A valid Trainer Certificate. A Diploma in Cosmetology or a related field.
Strong bilingual communication skills (English & Arabic).
A traceable record of professional achievements.
A positive, team-oriented, and people-focused personality.
