Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Delivery
    • Plan and teach structured Malayalam lessons covering grammar, composition, literature and oral expression
    • Introduce regional texts, poetry and cultural contexts to enrich learning

  • Classroom Management & Inclusivity

    • Employ group activities and peer collaboration to reinforce concepts
    • Adapt materials and teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
  • Family Communication & Collaboration
    • Keep parents informed of academic progress and language milestones
    • Invite families to literacy exhibitions, readings and cultural celebrations

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • B.Ed. (mandatory)
  • Bachelor s or Master s in Malayalam, Education or a related field
  • Experience
    • 2 3 years of Malayalam teaching experience at the middle-school level
    • Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum is preferred
  • Visa Status
    • Candidates holding a Spouse, Employment or their own visa will be prioritized
  • Skills & Attributes
    • Deep knowledge of Malayalam language and literature
    • Excellent lesson-planning and communication skills
    • Creative, engaging approach tailored to adolescents
