Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer medications and injections accurately, adhering to prescribed dosages and protocols, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the supervising physician.
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with mobility, fostering a comfortable and dignified environment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting observations, treatments, and responses to interventions using electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including doctors, therapists, and other nurses, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and preventive health measures, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care, catheter insertions, and phlebotomy, ensuring sterile techniques and patient comfort.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care, including CPR and first aid, demonstrating a calm and decisive approach under pressure.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff, minimizing the risk of healthcare-associated infections.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest advancements in nursing practice and healthcare technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Experience in critical care units (ICU, CCU) or emergency departments is highly preferred.
Has a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Demonstrates strong technical skills in medication administration, wound care, and using medical equipment.
Exhibits empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care, building trust with patients and their families.
Possesses excellent physical stamina and the ability to work long hours, including shifts and weekends.
Candidates must have relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects. ✅ Clean Shave facial policy is applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible No Building construction experience except for road safety coordinators
