Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
Review prescriptions to ensure correctness, dosage accuracy, and drug interactions.
Provide patients with proper guidance on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and storage.
Maintain proper documentation and pharmacy records as per hospital and MOH regulations.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the pharmacy store for medicine availability.
Ensure compliance with MOH Oman pharmacy regulations and hospital policies.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the pharmacy.
Handle controlled drugs as per regulatory guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D).
Dataflow completed and Prometric passed, or MOH Oman licensed Pharmacist.
Valid professional registration/license preferred
2 to 6 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting.
