Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly manner, making them feel welcome and valued from the moment they approach the kiosk.

  • Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations and suggest relevant personalization options.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of product features, personalization techniques, and pricing to effectively answer customer inquiries and address concerns.

  • Apply the agreed design on the merchandise (Printing, Embroidery)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • No prior experience required; enthusiasm for the role and a willingness to learn are essential.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Help select designs, names, and styles
