Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the mall, ensuring all departments function smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to boost foot traffic and enhance the overall shopping experience, leveraging seasonal trends and community events.
  • Manage tenant relationships by conducting regular meetings, addressing concerns, and facilitating collaborative marketing efforts to ensure mutual success.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budget management, revenue tracking, and expense control, to maximize profitability while adhering to corporate guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; an MBA is a plus for advanced strategic insight.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, property management, or a similar role, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Professional certifications in mall management or retail operations, such as ICSC Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), to demonstrate industry knowledge.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment is preferred, with an openness to diverse perspectives and a focus on inclusivity.
