Supervise and manage a team of mall staff, including maintenance, security, and customer service personnel

Coordinate with tenants to ensure their compliance with mall regulations and to address any concerns or issues they may have

Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience and increase foot traffic to the mall

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve mall operations and customer satisfaction.
