Management Accountant (CA/ICWA/CMA)

1. Budgeting and Forecasting

• Prepare and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Analyze deviations between actuals and budget; report variances and reasons
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate projections

2. Cost Accounting and Analysis

• Maintain and analyze standard costing, BOM (Bill of Materials), and overhead allocations
• Conduct product costing, margin analysis, and cost-benefit assessments
• Implement and monitor cost control measures across production units

3. Management Reporting

• Generate timely MIS (Management Information System) reports for leadership
• Prepare financial and operational performance dashboards
• Support strategic planning through detailed financial analysis

4. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Support long-term financial planning
• Conduct trend analysis and business performance reviews
• Provide insights to improve profitability and reduce inefficiencies

5. Inventory and Asset Management

• Monitor and control inventory costing and valuation
• Analyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory
• Assist in physical stock audits and reconciliation

6. Compliance and Internal Controls

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory norms
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Strengthen internal controls to mitigate risks

7. ERP and System Management

Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar

Support automation of accounting and costing processes
