Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial reports that provide insights into operational performance and inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures, offering actionable recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance and assess potential investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting and financial planning aligned with organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management accounting or a related financial role in a corporate environment.
- Experience in the manufacturing or service industry is preferred for industry-specific insights.
