Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Management and Quality Manager
Implementation and monitoring of the quality system:
- Define and update procedures, operating methods and quality documents.
- Ensure compliance of the management system with ISO 9001 standards,
- Participate in the development of the company's quality policy.
Continuous monitoring and improvement:
- Plan and carry out internal audits.
- Identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and manage improvement plans.
Awareness and support for teams:
- Train and raise awareness among staff about good quality practices.
- Support the various departments in the application of procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to standards.
Document management and compliance:
- Maintain quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and sector standards.
- Prepare for external audits and certifications.
Communication et reporting:
- Write quality reports and present the results to management.
- Ensure communication between the different departments on quality-related issues.
- Be the contact for customers/suppliers on quality issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master 2 in management.
- 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Language proficiency, English, French (written, oral).
