Management and Quality Manager

Implementation and monitoring of the quality system:

• Define and update procedures, operating methods and quality documents.
• Ensure compliance of the management system with ISO 9001 standards,
• Participate in the development of the company's quality policy.

Continuous monitoring and improvement:

• Plan and carry out internal audits.
• Identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and manage improvement plans.

Awareness and support for teams:

• Train and raise awareness among staff about good quality practices.
• Support the various departments in the application of procedures.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to standards.

Document management and compliance:

• Maintain quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and sector standards.
• Prepare for external audits and certifications.

Communication et reporting:

• Write quality reports and present the results to management.
• Ensure communication between the different departments on quality-related issues.
• Be the contact for customers/suppliers on quality issues.
