Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement. Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities in the context of digital transformation and customer experience.
• Strategy Development. Develop and implement comprehensive digital and customer strategies that align with clients' business objectives and enhance customer value.
• Market Analysis. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and best practices in digital and customer engagement.
• Solution Design. Design and recommend innovative solutions that improve customer journeys, leveraging technology and data analytics.
• Project Management. Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with client expectations.
• Stakeholder Communication. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting findings, recommendations, and progress updates clearly and persuasively.
• Performance Measurement. Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of digital strategies and customer initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure integrated solutions are developed and delivered.
• Thought Leadership. Contribute to the firm s knowledge base by sharing insights, developing frameworks, and participating in practice development activities.
