Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To define and coordinate the group's management control policy
- Consolidate and analyze the budgets of all the group's units
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports and group dashboards
- Coordinate unit management controls and harmonize practices
- Analyze profitability by unit, product and customer at the group level
- Managing consolidated quality costs according to ISO and IATF standards
- Oversee the group's environmental and safety costs
- Ensuring compliance with group accounting and tax standards
- Oversee relations with statutory auditors and auditors
- Managing investor relations and shareholder reporting
- Bachelor's degree (4-5 years of higher education) in finance, management control, accounting, auditing or management
- Minimum 8-10 years in management control, including managerial experience
- Proficiency in management control tools and ERP (SAP)
- Expertise in budget management and in-depth financial analysis
- My advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Technical skills in industrial cost accounting
- Team management and leadership in financial management
- Excellent budget management and optimization of economic performance
- A sense of service and a focus on satisfying internal stakeholders
- Autonomy in financial analysis and decision-making
- Strategic vision and high-level synthesis skills
- Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills
