Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for advisory activities and strategic projects.
  • Monitor utilization rates, project margins, and delivery costs in coordination with project managers.
  • Conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecasts, providing recommendations to management.
  • Track billable hours, resource allocation, and revenue recognition per engagement.
  • Assist in the pricing of proposals, tenders, and advisory contracts with financial insights.
  • Ensure advisory KPIs are monitored and shared with Group Partners and Finance.
  • Support audit and compliance requests related to advisory delivery.

Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 4 7 years of experience in financial control or FP&A within consulting/advisory services.
  • Strong Excel and/or financial modeling tools; experience with project accounting software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (French or Arabic is a plus).
