1. Purpose of the Role

The Management Controller for Advisory Services will support the financial performance monitoring and operational control of the advisory business line. The role ensures accurate cost tracking, project profitability analysis, and alignment of financial targets with business objectives across consulting engagements delivered globally.


2. Key Responsibilities

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for advisory activities and strategic projects.

Monitor utilization rates, project margins, and delivery costs in coordination with project managers.

Conduct variance analysis between actuals and forecasts, providing recommendations to management.

Track billable hours, resource allocation, and revenue recognition per engagement.

Assist in the pricing of proposals, tenders, and advisory contracts with financial insights.

Ensure advisory KPIs are monitored and shared with Group Partners and Finance.

Support audit and compliance requests related to advisory delivery.



4. Required Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

4 7 years of experience in financial control or FP&A within consulting/advisory services.

Strong Excel and/or financial modeling tools; experience with project accounting software is a plus.

Fluency in English (French or Arabic is a plus).
