Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Financial analysis and budget control:

  • Develop, monitor and analyze the hotel's annual budget.
  • Control the gaps between forecasts and actual results.
  • Produce monthly financial dashboards and indicators.

Cost tracking and optimization:

  • Control the costs related to the different departments (accommodation, catering, banquets, leisure, maintenance).
  • Implement internal control procedures to optimize costs.
  • Analyze the profitability of services and propose corrective actions.

Reporting and decision support:

  • Provide periodic reports to senior management.
  • Participate in steering meetings to guide strategic decisions.
  • Develop financial forecasts and analyze market trends.

Operational management:

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor key performance ratios: RevPAR, GOPPAR, occupancy rate, food service material cost, energy cost.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of investments made and their return

Internal control and compliance:

  • Ensure the correct application of accounting and financial procedures.
  • Identify financial and operational risks.
  • Propose corrective measures to ensure compliance and limit losses.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, budget control and reporting.
  • Good knowledge of hotel performance indicators (RevPAR, GOP, ADR).
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS, ERP, advanced Excel, Power BI).
  • Communication, teaching and team support skills.
  • Rigor, analytical mind and results orientation.
