Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Structuring & controlling operations
- Establish and formalize the procedures:
- Purchasing & Supply
- Inventory management
- Sales & Billing
- Collection and monitoring of customer receivables
- Ensuring the reliability of the data flows:
- Stock cart tracking
- Control of operations (sales, cash collection, inventory)
- Implementation of internal controls
- Collaborating with the sales, logistics, and finance teams
Financial management & performance
- Produce the monthly P&L
- Analyze performance:
- Marges
- carts vs budget
- Profitability by product / customer / channel
- Participate in the development of the annual business plan
- Set up reporting and dashboards
- Monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue
- Marges
- Rotation des stocks
- Cr ances clients
Comp tences
- Very good level of Excel (essential)
- Ma trise PowerPoint
- Use of an ERP system (Odoo, Sage, SAP)
- Good understanding:
- P&L
- Marges
- Inventory management
- Flux clients

Desired Candidate Profile
Formation
- Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in finance, management or equivalent
Exp rience
- 2-4 years in management control and/or sales administration
- Experience in FMCG or distribution = a plus
